T-Back LSO Support Brace

The T-Back Compression LSO Back Brace System is a universal lumbar-sacral orthotic brace with lateral panels for even greater support and stability that more basic and economical back braces simply do not offer.

It features a universal sizing system that fits nearly all patients with one brace, dramatically reducing the hassle of shopping for specifically-sized braces.

Its easy-to-use pulley system and pull tabs make it easy to achieve optimal compression for effective pain relief, even for patients suffering from arthritis.

The T-Back’s breathable fabric promotes air flow and helps keep patients cool and dry over long periods of wear, promoting greater overall comfort than the typical back brace.

Includes a 15” posterior panel and lateral supports, giving patients extra support for moderate to severe injuries.

Indications For Use
:
The T-Back provides stability and support for chronic sprains and strains of the lower spine, spinal stenosis, and post-surgery support. Also provides additional support to the lower spine to prevent any potential future injury.

Application (pictures for each step included inside each package):
  1. Lay support out flat with exterior view facing up. Open flap and remove both side panels.
  2. Size indications are marked on each panel. At this point, you can use scissors to cut at the proper size marker and reinstall panels to the support and close the back flap. (Or just use the Velcro and fold at the proper size marker.)
  3. Attach side panels (SP) on both sides and position back support around waist and make sure back panel is centered on your spine.
  4. Hold left panel securely to your abdomen and attach right panel to the left panel.
  5. Hold the 2 compression straps and pull simultaneously until proper compression is attained.

Cleaning Instructions:
  1. Remove all panels before cleaning.
  2. Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap.
  3. Rinse well, making sure to remove all soap residues, as it can cause skin irritation and deterioration of the support.
  4. Air dry.Do not expose to direct heat or sunlight while drying to prevent shrinkage and damage to the brace.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Your satisfaction with LSI International, and the products you purchase, is of the highest importance to us. We will gladly accept the return, or exchange, of most products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The return of any allowed products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges incurred are always non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund for the cost of returned items, including in the event of a Free Shipping promotional incentive being applied to an order. Once a return is made, this promotional incentive is negated and the cost incurred must be accounted for. The restocking fee will only be waived in the case of all returned items being unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Missing Instruction Manuals, Quick Reference Guides, and any other original literature from a returned product will result in an automatic $5.00 fee deducted from any refunds issued for the costs of those items. Fulfillment mistakes that we make, resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you, will also be accepted for return up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To make a return, or exchange, please contact Customer Service to get a Return Authorization number. We will be happy to provide the number and explain the procedure to you. Our process is simple - Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the product packaging so we can easily identify the order, ship to our warehouse, and we will credit the account used to make the purchase within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned items, or contact you to complete an exchange. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted without a return authorization number. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us for assistance. Ultrasound Returns: Portable Ultrasound may only be returned if the product has NOT been used. Used Ultrasound devices may not be returned due to sanitary health reasons set by the FDA. If you are attempting to return the device due to defect or malfunction with performance, this would go through the warranty and we ask you to please contact us for a warranty claim. Pillows and Cushions: Any pillows or cushions may only be returned if they are unused and in the same condition customer received the item with original packaging. We only sell our pillows and cushions brand new for sanitary reasons. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
